BACKGROUND

Rafael J. Alcázar is an international executive, communication strategist, educator, and writer whose career spans more than five decades across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. His work has included corporate development, executive training, international market expansion, and communication architecture across multiple industries and organizations.

Throughout his professional career, he has built companies from inception, developed regional operational structures, trained leadership teams, and delivered executive seminars internationally. His experience includes senior leadership roles with multinational organizations as well as the creation and launch of independent ventures focused on communication, structure, and strategic development.

Over time, his work evolved beyond language instruction into a broader focus on communication precision, disciplined thinking, and leadership clarity. This led to the development of English Now Group LLC, which includes English Now™, ThinkSpeak™, and Pandora’s Other Box™.

Today, Rafael’s work integrates communication, structure, and cognitive discipline through educational programs, executive development, reflective writing, and strategic consulting.
